We are currently an online store only, located in Houston, Texas. We also ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
We offer next day shipping on all orders (weekend orders go out on the next business day). With standard shipping, most items take 3-7 business days from purchase date to be delivered unless stated otherwise in the description. International orders take a little longer and are processed within 2-3 business days.
How do I track my order?
After purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information. From there, you can track your package using the shipping carrier stated in the email.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are allowed as long as it is processed within 10 days.
How can I return or exchange my order?
If your product is damaged or the sizing is incorrect, please email info@lucidtagz.com for directives. A store credit or exchange will be given. Accessories are not returnable.

Please note that the cost of shipping returns are paid for by the customer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. To track your order at anytime, please use your tracking number sent via email.
